Group Booking prices

(Children under 3 are free).

Tea Room Corporate Package:

Seating approximately 250 guests our tearoom corporate package includes;        

• Free hire of our Tea Room with 100 paying guests
• Free gas BBQ's
• Exclusive use of the tearoom facilities
• Use of bubblers & sink
• Option to decorate as you see fit
• Unrestricted Access to the farm
• Feeding shows at 11am and 2pm daily where everyone has an opportunity to bottle feed our baby goats and lambs, milk a cow, pat our koalas and go for a tractor trailer ride around the farm
• Duck feeding at 1pm daily including free fed & opportunity to watch our pelicans be fed

Party Room Corporate Package:

Seating 35 guests our party room corporate package includes;

• Party Room whole day hire is $50.00 (Non-Refundable)
• Fully air-conditioned private party room
• Kitchen Facilities (sink, hot water and benches)
• Free gas BBQ's
• Option to decorate as you see fit
• Unrestricted Access to the farm
• Feeding shows at 11am and 2pm daily where everyone has an opportunity to bottle feed our baby goats and lambs, milk a cow, pat our koalas and go for a tractor trailer ride around the farm
• Duck feeding at 1pm daily including free fed & opportunity to watch our pelicans be fed

Extra Tables and Private BBQ can be arranged upon request.

Catering:

All party packages have the opportunity access our free BBQ facilities, however, we have no problems with allowing caterers in to facilitate your party. If required access to our kitchen can to be negotiated as we would obviously be needing to facilitate our other patrons at the same time.

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Extra Activities:

We also have mini train and merry-go-round rides which operate periodically throughout the day. Tickets are $2 each and can be purchased from the kiosk. Feed bags can also be purchased from the kiosk for $1.50 each to feed our free range animals.

Transport:

Port Stephens coaches offer direct services from both Sydney and Newcastle to Port Stephens with bus stops directly in front of Oakvale Farm.
